My name is Tuan Lien, my food journey started when I was a young boy just emigrated and arrived to America. My Vietnamese food passion was ingrained when I was a child and watched my mom, dad, aunts and uncles preparing their family meals.

As I traveled down the road to where I am with 30+ years experience, I kept building knowledge and authentic recipes learnt from my family.  I want to bring happiness and excitement  to your meals this is the reason why the menu often continues to evolve in line with the availability of produce in Guam.

I am proud to launch the first Isandwich & Pho Restaurant in Guam. I am honoured to share this experience and journey with my co-partner Thomas, my family, friends and most importantly, with you - our beloved customers.
